How many times can I reuse my lashes?

If properly taken care of Eye Candy Lashes can be reused for up to two months.

How do I clean my lashes?

1. Add your lashes and micellar water in a bowl and let your lashes soak for about 5 minutes.

2. Remove your lashes from the water, put them on a paper towel and use a cue tip to clean excess dirt or mascara from the lash.

3. Take a pair of tweezers and gently remove the glue from the lashes.

4. Let your lashes dry and return them to the case.

How long is shipping?

Shipping is usually between 7 to 10 days, but due to COVID-19 expect delays in shipping time.

Does Eye Candy accept returns?

For safety and hygienic reasons, Eye Candy Lashes does not accept returns. If there are any problems or concerns with your lashes feel free to contact us and we will message you back as soon as time permits.

Does Eye Candy have any lash glue recommendations?

I personally use Kiss Strip Lash Adhesive, but any type or brand of glue will suffice.

What if I am having an allergic reaction to my lashes?

If you are having an allergic reaction to your lashes please check the type of lash glue you are using. Try switching to lash glue that is latex free; the lash glue recommendation above is latex free. If switching glue doesn't solve your issue, please immediately stop using Eye Candy lashes and contact your primary care physician.
